As you asked and I always keep my promises! First off, I want to start off by saying that I have an obsession with love stories that start off with two people hating each other. I can't explain why but I just do, I absolutely and insanely adore them! Now since it's been a while since I've done one about enemies turning into lovers, I grabbed this incredible book which was recommended to me by my book sister Jessica (thanks Jess! two Starbucks Caramel Apple Spices on me!). This story about Tate which is are amazing protagonist and Jared the man who is secretly in love with her but takes it out on her like a spoiled brat. Now when I first started reading the book, I was amazed at how the author was able to really keep that hate between them. I felt it, I felt the awkward tension as I read through the pages but nothing could prepare me for the love of these two. Now you may be wondering why I didn't give it a five star rating and that was because in the beginning, Jared was actually a bit too mean to her (even though he did a complete 180 and asked for forgiveness about a million times), it just felt that his reasoning behind being so angry versus how he took it out on her didn't really match up that well. Other than that, the book was phenomenal and I loved it! I recommend it to every single person I meet, this is a must read! The two who were friends from a very young age and had a pretty intense falling out only to eventually fall into each others arms will bring warmth to your heart and even though for a little while Jared is being a bit of a angry spoiled brat, what he does to make up for his previous decisions and actions will win over any woman's heart. Hope you read and love just as much as I do!
